Twice a year in March and October, Spread the Harvest offers Central Texas school garden representatives a opportunity to pick up FREE supplies including seedlings, soil/compost, and seeds for vegetable gardens as well as discover resources for school gardens through local support organizations who provide training, information, grants and other services!
Registration typically opens in January for Spring and August for Fall. If you would like to be on the mailing list to be notified , please fill out the this form here.
This event is organized by the Central Texas School Garden Network with generous funding from Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation, The University of Texas EdEN Lab, the City of Austin and Sunshine Community Gardens.
